Nordic Walking Introduction Class 
Who should join? First timers or beginners or person who wants to get a feel of the sport before embarking into training class.  Our Introductory Class is free*, and we encourage first-timers to come for that. 
*Please note that we charge rental of Nordic Walking Poles at $15/pair per session

 Nordic Walking Training Class 
Who should join? Person who is keen to take up Nordic Walking as a fitness sport.  Training Classes comes in a package of 2 paid sessions. (Priority be given to those who underwent our Introduction class.)
